Low-carb/Keto Brownie Cakes



Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 eggs

3/4 cup lakanto or sugar of choice

1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 ounces dark chocolate, cut up into pieces or chips

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder



Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.


You will start by greasing your muffin tins.


In a medium size bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix.


In your mixer (you can also use a hand mixer) add your eggs and mix on medium speed, then add your vanilla extract, butter and chocolate and continue to mix until its a nice thick consistency.


Slowly add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients. When you don't see any more dry ingredients you can shut off your mixer.


Transfer the batter to your muffin tins and bake for 20/25 minutes or until done. Heres a trick to making sure your muffins are done, stick a toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean your all set! If not add three minutes and check again!
