Low Carb Chili w/ Whole Wheat Pasta


Ingredients:

1.5lbs ground beef

3/4 Cup Onion - diced

2 Tbsp garlic minced

1 ½ Tbsp Chili Powder

1 Tsp Cumin

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Large can crushed tomatoes

1 Large can red beans - drained

1 Large can diced tomatoes with juice

1 Cup beef broth

1 Tbsp tomato paste

Salt & Pepper to taste

Olive Oil


Direction:


Press Sauté on the Insta-pot and drizzle with olive oil.


Once hot add your onions and garlic cook down for 4/5 minutes then add the rest of your ingredients. Give it a really good mix.


Close your Insta-Pot and pressure cook on medium for 1 hour.


Open and mix and taste to make sure it’s seasoned well.


Add ons: Shredded Cheese, Raw Onions, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Lettuce, Guacamole, Hot Sauce & Low Carb Pasta.
