1/4 cup parsley
7 cloves roasted garlic, minced
2 tablespoons white onion, minced
2 sticks butter, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Store in a glass container with an air tight lid.
Keeps fresh in the fridge for up to two weeks!
