1/2 pound Artic Char Fish with skin on (you can also substitute with salmon)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 hard boiled egg
1 tsp capers
1tsp red onions
1/4 cup tomatoes
1 lime wedge
2 cups mixed salad greens
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Drizzle the fish with the olive oil.
Evenly distribute the lemon pepper seasoning and put it on the grill for 3/4 minutes on each side.
Allow too cool.
Plate up with the mixed greens then add the hard boiled eggs, capers, red onions, tomatoes, avocado & lime wedges.
Top with vinaigrette of your choice!
