2 cups strawberries
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp @seccowineclub Paleo61 Rosato
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup swerve
3 tsp gelatin
Put the cold @seccowineclub Paleo61 Rosato in a small bowl and add the gelatin. Let stand for about 8/10 minutes.
Place the 2 cups of strawberries in a medium pot on medium heat to warm (do not discard the juice) just strain removing whatever pulp is left over and seeds. Set the puree aside..
Heat the heavy cream, sweetener & vanilla in a medium pot over medium heat until the sweetener is dissolved. Continue to whisk mixture and slowly pour the mixture over the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Divide between 6 small bowls.
Refrigerate for 2/3 hours. Divide the strawberry purée between the firm panna cottas and store in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
Garnish with Strawberries or any type of berries!
