2.5lb boneless ribs (country style)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lemon for juicing (you can use an entire lemon if you really enjoy citrus)
1/2 lemon sliced thin
Crushed black pepper
Kinders Woodfire Garlic (I used this spice mix that I had on hand but read below a step by step on how you can make your very own.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with tine foil and add your ribs, pat them down with a dry paper towel.
Squeeze you're half a lemon juice all over the ribs and then drizzle with the olive oil.
Add your spices and sea salt on both sides.
Add your lemon slices throughout and crushed black pepper on top.
Bake for 40 minutes.
