Low-Carb Keto Bagels

Mozzarella – 3 cups
Cream Cheese – 2 ounces
Almond Flour – 1 3/4 cups
Eggs – 2
Baking Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Trader Joes Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Pan Spray (0 carb)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Remove from microwave and stir cheeses with a fork until fully combined. Immediately add the eggs, almond flour and baking powder. Stir until all the ingredients are combined together. The dough might feel a little sticky but don’t worry!
Divide dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion out in your hand in a tube like shape then close the end leaving a hole in the middle like a donut.
Place each bagel on a sprayed baking pan and topped with the everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake for 15 mins or until golden brown!
