Insta-Pot Chili


2 tablespoon olive oil

2 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

1/4 cup onion, chopped

4 garlic cloves, chopped

2 tablespoons cumin

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 can diced tomatoes - 14 ounces

1 can tomato paste - small can

1/2 cup beef broth

1 small can red kidney beans

Garnishes if desired:


Red Onions

Sour Cream

Salt & Pepper



Turn on your insta-pot to sauté and add your oil once warm add you onions & garlic and sauté until golden.

Add your meat and cook down for 4/6 minutes.

Stir in the chili powder, cumin and salt cook for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes, tomato paste and kidney beans. Let cook for another 3/5 minutes. Cancel the Insta-Pot.

Turn your pot to pressure cook on medium for 15 minutes. Close lid and let the pot do its magic!
