Home made Zingers "Ale House Style"
3lbs chicken tenders
3 egg, beaten
2 tablespoon heavy cream
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups pork rind crumbs
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Coconut oil or avocado oil for frying
Franks Red Hot Sauce
Green onions, chopped
Blue cheese crumbles
Dairy Free Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping
Start by heating your oil in a large skillet on medium/high heat.
In a medium bowl whisk your eggs, heavy cream and sea salt
In another medium size bowl add your pork rinds crumbs, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan cheese and give it a good mix
You will start by dipping your chicken in your egg wash then into you pork rind crumbs mix, make sure you coat them really well, set them aside.
Once your oil is heated you can start frying. You're going to want to fry them for about 4/6 minutes on each side.
Place them on a serving dish lined with paper towels so they can soak up that extra grease.
I drizzled our with Franks Red Hot Sauce and added some Blue Cheese Crumbles and green onions with a side of ranch for dipping.
