Unrefined Cocoa Butter
Cold-pressed Grapeseed Oil
Jojoba Oil
Calendula infused Safflower Oil
Castor Oil
Organic Vitamin E
EveningPrimrose Oil 
Rosemary Essential Oil
Peppermint Essential Oil
Tea Tree Oil 

You can use as much or as little of the salve as you would like. I recommend lathering it up for the best results! And if your really adiment about getting soft feet use at night after you shower and throw on a pair of socks!!! Some poeple cant wear socks to bed but if you can JUST DO IT!
