Stuffed Poppers "no jalapeno here"



Ingredients:

1 lb peppers, about 10 sliced in half and seeds removed

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1 container boursin cheese

1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped

6 slices bacon sliced, for topping

Everything but the bagel seasoning



Directions:


Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees


Using a Medium/large skillet, add bacon and cook on medium heat until crispy, about 5-6 minutes, transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.


In a mixing bowl combine all your ingredients except you're bacon.


Stuff your poppers with the cheese mixture, and top with the bacon. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts and tops are golden.


Sprinkle the tops with the everything but the bagel seasoning before serving.
