Roasted Garlic



Ingredients:

Garlic (2 bulbs) - you can use as many as you would like for this recipe

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil



Directions:


Preheat oven to 385 degrees


Peel away and loose skin off the bulb.


Cut the tops of each garlic bulb.


Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.


Roast for 35/40 minutes or until the garlic bulb is tender. You will know this if you try poking with a knife.



Now lets talk about what you can do with this roasted garlic!


Throw them in your salads


Replace raw garlic with the roasted garlic


You can smear it on crackers or bread


Add them to your dressings or marinades
