Raspberry Granola Yogurt Pops



Ingredients:

2 cups yogurt, I used greek yogurt

5 drops vanilla (these drops are not like using vanilla extract), I used one on one flavors

1 tablespoon coconut milk

1/3 cup honey, I used Natures Hallow (you can always taste the mix to see if you need more)

1 cup raspberries, cut in half

1 cup granola, I used the brand Delish Girls



Directions:


In a medium size bowl combine the yogurt, honey, coconut milk and the vanilla drops, set aside.


Add the granola to the top and bottom of each mold, laying it as close to the wall as possible.


Half the raspberries and layer half of them into the base of your molds.


Then layer half of your yogurt mixture into the molds.


Mix the remaining raspberries and yogurt and fill in the rest of the molds.


Now put in your wood pop sticks.


I added some more granola at the top and bottom so that it would all close and stick together.


Put them in the freezer for a few hours or over night.


You can use any fruit you would like if raspberries are not our favorite.
