1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 cup prosciutto or pancetta
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon liquid aminos
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Green onion and lime wedge for garnish
In a large sauté pan heat olive oil over medium high heat then add the onions and cook down 2/3 minutes then add the garlic and cook for another 2/3 minutes.
Add in your prosciutto and cook for 4/5 minutes or until crispy.
Add in your cabbage and cook down for 3/5 minutes or until tender.
Salt and pepper your cabbage then add in your aminos and sesame oil. Give it all a good stir cook for another minute or two and serve.
Top with green onions and a lime wedge. You can also add some sesame seeds if you have any on hand.
