My Keto Porridge

Ingredients:

Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1 cup

Hemp Seeds – 1/2 cup

Ground Flaxseed – 2 tablespoons

Coconut Oil – 1 1/2 tablespoons

Chia Seeds – 1 tablespoon

Swerve – 3/4 tablespoon

Vanilla Extract – 1/2 teaspoon

Almond Extract – 1/2 teaspoon

Ground Cinnamon – 3/4 teaspoon

Flaxseed Meal – 1/4 cup


Directions:


Place all the ingredients in a pot EXCEPT for the Flaxseed Meal and stir to combine. Bring mixture to a light boil on medium heat. Once the mixture starts boiling stir and cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove the pot from heat and add the flaxseed Meal and stir to combine. You are ready to serve!
