Low Carb - Keto Pancakes



Ingredients:

4 large eggs

4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)

1/2 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

butter

Lakanto powdered sugar for dusting




Directions:


Heat a medium size skillet.


In a medium size bowl whisk the eggs for about 2 minutes or so, you want them nice and fluffy!


Add the cream cheese and almond flour to your eggs mixture and whisk together.


Add some butter to your hot skillet, and pour your batter into the pan, you can make a bunch of mini pancakes or large pancakes.


Cook each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.


Serve with ChocZero syrup & butter and dust with powdered sugar!
