1 stick unsalted butter
4 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 3/4 cups sweetener (I use Lakanto) - Click here to purchase on amazon
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Whipped Cream for topping
Chocolate for garnish
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl melt the unsweetened chocolate and butter, you over a heated pot of boiling water. Remove from heat when it's completely melted.
Add the heavy cream and sweetener, mix until incorporated.
In a medium bowl add the eggs and beat with a mixer for 1 to2 minutes or until fluffy then add the vanilla extract and whisk until incorporated.
Now you can pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisk with a mixer until all is blended well together.
Grease an 9 x 9 x 2 inch backing pan with some butter.
Pour the batter into the pan and give it a little shake to make sure its evenly distributed.
Bake for 40/45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
Serve them up with some whip cream and top with a piece of chocolate!
