Italian Flat Bread Pizza



Ingredients:

Ricotta Cheese

Prosciutto

Arugula

Mozzarella Cheese

Olive Oil

Crushed Black Pepper

Sea Salt

Directions:


Transfer the dough onto a large piece of parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper. Roll you're dough out to desired thickness. You could also remove the parchment paper and shape it with your hands.


Transfer pizza dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet and drizzle the dough lightly with olive oil then add your pizza toppings however you like. I used the ingredients above but you could swap out like for instance bacon instead of prosciutto and maybe you don't like arugula, you could always use spinach, just a few ideas.


After your done adding your toppings drizzle the pizza lightly with olive oil, salt & pepper.


Bake pizza for 10/12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
