Finally something that works!


Don't be discouraged this is not a "real" challenge unless you want it to be! It's an 8 week challenge/program.


For me it was learning, learning how to count calories and understand what macros are.


She provides everyone with our calories and macro counts for the day and this amazing app that is super easy to follow. This app has been game changer for me. Why you may be asking? Because it allows me to put in my meals and tell me how many calories and protein I have left to eat for the day so Im hitting my 1500 calories.


Also with this plan you can get at home work outs that you can do in 30/40 minutes. It's right there on the app and it does it with you. It counts your reps and pushes you to keep going!!! I love that its like having a coach in the privacy of your own home!


I only work out 2 days a week BUT I walk 10K steps a day! I do incorporate a FULL rest day and thats Sunday's for me. I still count my calories and macros but I don't walk. That day is for the lord! LOL

A little about me and Jeanine from JS Body Bootcamp. We have been friends for about 8 years now. I followed her way back when she was Keto and doing coaching. That was way before my pre-menopause. I did great on Keto back in the day. Jeanine helped me loose almost 50 pounds and I kept it off for years.


One day life changed and I stopped Keto for a few years and packed on the pounds. SO here I was trying to get back on the Keto train and it wasn't working for me. I was bloating more and more.. my skin looked horrible and even more but I wont bore you now with all of that! I did go to the doctor and she did tell me I was premenopausal.
