Easy Tomato Vinaigrette


1lb tomatoes, halved

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

1/2 white onion, diced thin

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Italian seasonings

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar


In an air tight container add your seasonings, garlic, onion, and tomatoes and give it a good shake!

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Can stay fresh in the fridge for up to a week!
