Easy Insta-Pot Beef Back Ribs



Here's another easy meal to add to your week! You can usually pick up a pack of these (8 ribs) for under $10 at your local grocery store. It makes a great meal! You can pair it up with some cauliflower mash or some baked veggies.



Ingredients:

2lb Beef Ribs Back Ribs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup onions, chopped

6 garlic bulbs, chopped

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

2 cans of crushed tomatoes - 28 ounces per can

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon tarragon

2 bay leaves



Directions:


Season your beef ribs with salt & pepper, set aside


Turn your Insta-pot on to the sauté option and your olive oil, onions & garlic. When they are lightly browned add your beef short ribs and brown them on all sides.


Add all the other ingredients and mix.


Turn your pot to pressure cook on high heat for 1 hour.


Thats it your ready to eat!
