2 – 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice (lemon juice has carbs so make sure you read your label if your using it from a jar)
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chives
1 tsp Daks Red (www.daksspices.com)
Your going to start by draining your crab meat, and add your lemon juice and mix. Set your crab mixture aside.
Take your cast iron skillet on medium heat and add your evaporated milk, let warm and than add your room temperature cream cheese and mayo and incorporate well.
Once all combined add in the rest of your ingredients and give it a good mix and let warm throughout for about 5 minutes or so.
Pop your skillet into a 375 degree oven for 10/15 minutes and your ready to serve!!!
It should be bubbly and a little brown on top.
I served these up with some low carb tortillas that I cut and fried in coconut oil or just a simple parm crips.
