Cranberry & Orange Drop Biscuits



Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1 cup coconut flour

4 eggs

3/4 greek yogurt

1 cup dried cranberries

3 tbsp orange zest

1/3 cup orange juice

1/2 cup lakanto sugar or sweetener of choice

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp baking soda



Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


In a medium bowl combine all your dry ingredients except the cranberries, give it a good mix.


Add in all your wet ingredients, give it a good mix.


Last but not least your cranberries! Don't over mix once you add the berries just enough for them to disburse evenly.


Bake for 20/25 minute or until golden brown.
