Cheddar Chive Drop Biscuits

You will want to make a double batch of these and put some in the freezer, they are that good and they go with pretty much anything you make sweet or savory.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons butter (softened)

4 large eggs

2 cups almond flour

4 tablespoons sour cream

2 cups mild cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 1/2 tablespoons dried chives

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium size bowl whisk together the butter, eggs, sour cream and set aside.

In a separate medium size bowl mix together the almond flour, baking powder, chives, salt & garlic powder.

Add dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir to combine, make sure you don't over mix the batter too much.

Stir in the cheddar cheese.

Drop dollops of batter onto the baking sheet, about 2/3 tablespoons each. I like to use a medium size ice cream scooper it works best but if you don't have one use the spoon. It doesn't need to look pretty.

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Enjoy!

xoxo
