BBQ Ribs

Dry Rub Ingredients:

2 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons cumin

2 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespoons brown sugar (I used Lakanto)

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon salt


BBQ Sauce Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 cup ketchup (sugar free)

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1/2 cup water

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup onion minced

6 cloves garlic minced

1 Tablespoon ginger fresh ground

1 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (I use Lakanto)



Ingredients:

Ribs (full rack) - room temperature



Directions:


Mix all of the dry rub seasoning together in a small bowl.


Generously add the dry rub to the ribs, let sit for about one hour.


Cover the ribs with foil and bake in the oven at 275 degrees for two hours.


For the BBQ sauce, you will add all the Ingredients to a medium size bowl and mix well.


Remove ribs from foil and add your BBQ Sauce, bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
