Oven Baked Encrusted Salmon

2lb Salmon

1 1/2 cups mayo

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chives

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

1 cup pork rinds


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line a baking pan with tin foil, place your salmon on the sheet pan and set aside.

In a medium size bowl add in all the ingredients except for the pork rinds and mix well.

Spread the mixture on top of the entire piece of salmon.

Sprinkle with the pork rinds.

Bake for 25 minutes.
