Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin


2.5 Pork Loin

Bacon, 1 pack

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp crushed black pepper

2 tsp Italian seasoning

6/8 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil


Preheat oven to 375.

Take your pork tenderloins and give them a rinse under cold water, then place them on a baking pan and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a small bowl add your sea salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, garlic and olive oil, give it a good mix.

Next you are going to make little cuts in the loin and add a clove of garlic in each slit.

You're going to pour the seasoning mix all over the loin and massage it to make sure you get the seasoning every where.

You will now wrap it in bacon make sure the ends are under the loin so they don’t lift.

Add a little more crushed black pepper to the loin and its oven ready!

Roast the loin for about 30/40 minutes or until done, internal temp should read 135/145.
